I thrive in environments where I get to foster community and develop young leaders. And with more than 10 years of customer service experience, 8 years of experience communicating to thousands of people across the US, and an active following on social media, I seek out opportunities to connect people with like-minded individuals and help them discover the power of having fun and working in community.

As a speaker, community builder, and millennial expert, I co-founded HiveATL with some of my best friends in 2010 - a non-profit that strategically crafted support for young entrepreneurs and visionaries as they launched creative pursuits. In 2013 I worked in a community development role on The Rocket Company team, which found itself at #602 on the 2013 INC 5000 list. In 2014 I served as a Writer/Chaplain for Bedlam Magazine and as a board member for Clothe Your Neighbor as Yourself in 2015. I also spent a combined 3 years between ROAM Atlanta and SandboxATL where I worked as the Director of Community Engagement - creating experiences that fostered the success of career starters, millennials, and business leaders. The overarching theme has always been a desire to create meaningful opportunities for individuals to lean into one another and focus on working together authentically.

Currently, I work full-time as an Experience Leader for Elevate Live Events (elevateliveevents.com). I am also working on several projects including: Spotter, a unique staffing agency helping business leaders discover and develop the best talent for internships (findgoodinterns.com) and Dinner with Millennials, a diverse dinner experience between Millennials and non-Millennials (dinnerwithmillennials.com).

I am 28 years old, I chop hard for the Atlanta Braves, and I recently married the love of my life, Rebecca. We reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
