I thrive in environments where I get to foster community and develop young leaders. And with more than 12 years of customer service experience, 10 years of experience communicating to thousands of people across the US, and an active following on social media, I seek out opportunities to connect people with like-minded individuals and help them discover the power of having fun and working in community.

As a host, speaker, community builder, and millennial expert, I co-founded HiveATL with some of my best friends in 2010 - a non-profit that strategically crafted support for young entrepreneurs and visionaries as they launched creative pursuits. In 2013 I worked in a community development role on The Rocket Company team, which found itself at #602 on the 2013 INC 5000 list. In 2014 I served as a Writer/Chaplain for Bedlam Magazine and as a board member for Clothe Your Neighbor as Yourself in 2015. I also spent a combined 3 years between ROAM Atlanta and SandboxATL where I worked as the Director of Community Engagement - creating experiences that fostered the success of career starters, millennials, and business leaders. The overarching theme has always been a desire to create meaningful opportunities for individuals to lean into one another and focus on working together authentically.

Currently, I work full-time as an Experience Leader for Elevate Live Events (elevateliveevents.com). I am also working on several projects including: Spotter, a unique staffing and leadership agency helping business leaders discover and develop the best talent for internships (findgoodinterns.com) and Dinner With - a meaningful podcast experience in partnership with The Jungle (https://www.thejungle.today/jungle-podcast-collection).

I am 30 years old. I cheer loud for the Atlanta Falcons, Braves, United, Hawks, and Georgia Bulldogs. I married the love of my life, Rebecca and we reside in Smyrna, Georgia.
