I thrive in environments where I get to develop young leaders, create community, and spark meaningful conversations. And with more than 10 years of customer service experience, 15 years of communicating to thousands of people across the US, and an active following on social media, I help young people discover their unique voice and teach them the power of having fun and working in community.

As a host, speaker, and community builder, I co-founded HiveATL with some of my best friends in 2010 - a non-profit that strategically crafted support for young entrepreneurs and visionaries as they launched creative pursuits. I also spent a combined 5 years between The Rocket Company, ROAM Atlanta and SandboxATL where I worked as Director of Community Engagement - creating experiences that fostered the success of career starters, millennials, and business leaders of all ages. The overarching theme has always been a desire to create meaningful opportunities for individuals to lean into one another and focus on working together authentically.

Currently, I work full-time as Training Coordinator for Elevate Experiences (elevateexperiences.com). I refine and create systems for training and development, host events, and lead our internship program. I’m also working on several projects including: Spotter, a unique staffing and leadership agency helping organizations discover and develop the best talent for internships (findgoodinterns.com). As well as 10-minute topics - a podcast that sparks deep thought and meaningful conversation (COMING SOON).

I’m also into craft beer - so I started an Instagram account to tell people what I’m drinking and rate what I drink. Follow it: Instagram.com/beerfromfarandnear.

I'm a 30-something that cheers loud for the Atlanta Falcons, Braves, United, Hawks, and Georgia Bulldogs. I married the love of my life, Rebecca, in 2016. We have a cat named Rory and we live in Smyrna, Georgia.
